David Uchida is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, Asbestos Litigation and Products Liability Practices. Mr. Uchida's primary focus is the defense of manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and premises owners in toxic tort and environmental litigation. Mr. Uchida is versed in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts and has enjoyed great success in obtaining dismissals, summary judgments and favorable settlements for his clients. Mr. Uchida works closely with his clients to create innovative strategies to best serve his client's goals and interests.

Mr. Uchida has been recognized as a Rising Star by Superlawyers since 2013.
