Francis Torrence is a partner in the Walnut Creek office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Francis is a seasoned commercial trial attorney and litigator who has first-chaired jury trials in California state and federal courts and argued appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit.

In addition to his extensive experience commercial litigation, Francis has also represented clients in numerous intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases.

Francis has practiced extensively in the areas of Life, Health and Disability Insurance and ERISA litigation.

He also has worked on numerous complex product liability matters regarding medical devices.
