Dominique Thomas is a partner in the Walnut Creek office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Dominique represents and counsels employers on employment and employee benefit matters. She has extensive class action litigation experience and defends employers facing claims involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Dominique also has extensive experience in employee benefits litigation and has represented dozens of employers and plan sponsors in cases arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), including claims involving alleged denials of benefits, breaches of fiduciary duty, and prohibited transactions. 

A former federal prosecutor with experience in all aspects of trial practice, Dominique has tried numerous cases to verdict and litigated complex matters in federal and state court.
