Hannah Symonds is a partner in the Raleigh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Hannah began her law practice in North Carolina as a general litigator. She defended companies and individuals in North Carolina state and federal courts on employment matters, products liability cases, and other complex litigation actions.

Hannah has extensive employee benefits litigation experience, which includes the defense of disability, life, and health insurance claims under ERISA and state law across the country. She handles interpleader actions where disputes arise between beneficiaries. Her employment litigation work includes defending companies in cases alleging discrimination, workplace harassment, breach of employment and non-compete contracts, and employment-related business torts.
