Rikki D. Studley is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Medical Malpractice teams.

Ms. Studley’s general liability experience includes the defense of individuals and companies in all aspects of complex civil litigation, focusing on the defense of property owners, managers, tenants, and service establishments in premises liability, transportation, and property damage matters.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Studley represented physicians and renowned medical institutions in medical malpractice actions. She has experience preparing clients (physicians and institutional representatives) for trial. Ms. Studley garnered multiple favorable outcomes for her clients through dispositive motion practice involving complex medical issues.
