Bora Song

Bora Song is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability and Consumer Warranty Practices.

Ms. Song represents automotive companies in consumer breach of warranty cases. She handles matters involving alleged violations under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and consumer fraud-based litigation in both state and federal courts.

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Song gained valuable trial experience working in both private and public sectors with seasoned litigators. She has extensive courtroom experience arguing dispositive motions on a near-weekly basis, litigating dozens of cases, managing intensive fact discovery, and developing defense theories in complex cases by collaborating with clients, witnesses, and experts.

Ms. Song attended Emory University School of Law. At Emory, she dedicated her free time volunteering at Atlanta Legal Aid to assist indigent members of the community and received recognition for her contributions. She continues to be involved in the community, volunteering as a judge for high school mock trial teams and working pro bono cases.
