Zachary D. Sonenblum


Zachary D. Sonenblum is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Law, Insurance Coverage, First Party Property, and Bad Faith Litigation Practices.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Zachary worked for a civil litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale, where his practice focused primarily on insurance defense and insurance coverage. Mr. Sonenblum has invaluable experience in many crucial stages of insurance litigation, including, but not limited to, settlement negotiations, mediations, depositions, hearings, discovery, and motion practice.

Originally from New York, Zachary attended the University of Miami School of Law. Throughout his law school tenure, he gained wide-ranging experience working in immigration, securities FINRA arbitration and regulation, trademark, contracts, and civil litigation. As a member of UM Law's Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program, Mr. Sonenblum gave CLE ethics training presentations regarding unique technology related ethical dilemmas, including social media in the world of e-discovery and the use of artificial intelligence in the practice of law, to local bar associations.
