Sara Smith is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Construction and General Liability Practices. Ms. Smith's practice consists of commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation as well as general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, and property damage matters. Ms. Smith represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, municipal entities, and subcontractor entities.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Smith worked as a construction litigation attorney at a New York City firm. While in law school, Ms. Smith was an Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as a clinical intern at the Brooklyn Law School Incubator & Policy Clinic. During her first summer as a law student, she worked as a legal intern at an insurance defense firm.
