Kelly Marie Smith is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Insurance Law Practices.

With 16 years of experience, Kelly brings to Lewis Brisbois extensive experience in complex civil litigation, including the defense of personal injury lawsuits caused by motor vehicle and trucking accidents, slip and falls, and defective products. Kelly has significant trial experience, defending clients accused of causing significant and serious spinal injuries and brain injuries. Kelly also has great experience in defending against alleged civil rights violations, as she previously served the Attorney General of Nevada as a Deputy in the inmate litigation division. Kelly's practice focuses on general liability matters.
