Francis J. Sherry is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Life Science and Workers’ Compensation Practices. 

With over four decades of experience, his practice has focused on Worker's Compensation defense for self – insured employers, third  party administrators, and carriers. Mr. Sherry also has broad experience in hearings and depositions, client communications and case management. He has appeared before a host of Worker's Compensation judges and has litigated cases at both the Worker's Compensation Appeal Board and Commonwealth Court levels. Mr. Sherry has experience in managing cases from receipt of the assignment of the claim to resolution, including straight defense. He covers topics dealing with temporary total disability, partial disability, specific loss, medical expenses, and death benefits.
