Trace Sexton is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Sexton defends corporations and employers in a variety of litigation from complex commercial disputes to litigation involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death arising from premises liability and transportation. Mr. Sexton's clients include several multinational logistics and trucking companies. Mr. Sexton handles all phases of litigation, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
