Charles Settle is a partner in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. He has extensive bench and jury trial, appellate, and arbitration experience, in state and federal courts and before American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and Financial Industry Regulatory, Inc. (“FINRA”), panels. Mr. Settle has represented companies in the energy, financial services, health care, and construction industries in prosecuting and defending multimillion-dollar claims. His professional clients have included doctors, lawyers, accountants, actuaries, broker-dealers, and investment advisors.
