Edward Seo is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a vice-chair of the Aviation and Korean Business & Litigation Practices. Edward handles litigation for international airlines, major U.S. airports, and airport services providers, including cases in state and federal courts concerning personal injury, negligence, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability. He has also represented Korean aviation companies in commercial litigation matters involving cargo and freight issues, as well as claims of breach of contract and fraud. 

As a member of our Transportation Practice, Edward works with major U.S., Canadian, and Korean bus and trucking companies on matters concerning commercial litigation issues and motor vehicle accidents. He helped obtain a defense verdict for a school bus company and a school district in a $50 million assault case filed by a top plaintiff’s attorney. Edward also oversees the defense of employment litigation filed against several of his clients, and handles commercial litigation matters for companies in numerous industries. In addition, while at our firm Edward has served as General Counsel for a large behavioral healthcare provider and for a major Korean tire retailer, handling breach of contract, advice and counsel, and employment issues for both companies.

Edward manages our Los Angeles office’s Korean Business & Litigation Practice group, and also works regularly with our Labor & Employment and Professional Liability Practices. He serves as an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law.
