Tim Schuler is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare Practice. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Tim worked in civil litigation where his practice focused on the defense of complex medical malpractice and civil rights lawsuits. 

Tim graduated from Louisiana Tech University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Later on, Tim received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. While at Chapman, Tim served as the President of the Student Bar Association and was an active member of the Moot Court Competition Board, where he received an award for excellence in appellate advocacy. Tim also received several CALI/Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence after achieving the highest grade in the law school class, and held multiple academic teaching fellowships where he helped first and second year law students develop the academic and analytical skills needed to succeed in law school. Upon graduating, Tim received the Dean's Award, presented by the Dean to the graduating student whose leadership and service to the law school and its students represented a significant contribution to the development of the Fowler School of Law. 

In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, surfing, snowboarding, attending sporting events, and running with his dog.
