Samantha Hughes


Samantha Hughes is an associate of the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. She focuses her practice on products liability and consumer warranty litigation, including defense of lemon law litigation and related claims, representing manufacturers of automobiles, as well as dealers, finance companies, and related entities.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Hughes’ practice primarily focused on defending entities against product liability claims including toxic torts, chemical exposure claims, asbestos, and defending manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in various industries against severe personal injury or death stemming from loss of limbs and burns. In addition, Ms. Hughes successfully represented companies and individuals in general liability and premises liability matters.

Ms. Hughes received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While in law school, she earned recognition in oral advocacy and writing through her participation in the Scott Moot Court National Team and worked as a judicial extern to Honorable Fred Woods, California Court of Appeal.
