Jenya Rozenfeld is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and New York Labor Law Practices.

Jenya litigates complex construction and commercial disputes representing national, regional, and local developers, owners, managers and construction firms undertaking large public infrastructure and private sector construction projects. These projects presently include the Central Park Tower on West 57th Street, the Hard Rock on West 48th Street and the renovation of several terminals at the LaGuardia and JFK Airports. Jenya is committed to tireless results-driven advocacy designed to achieve her clients’ goals both inside or outside of the courtroom.

Jenya’s diverse experience from both the plaintiff and defense prospective has enabled her to achieve successful outcomes for clients through settlement negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and dispositive motion practice. Other areas of practice include premises liability, negligent security, transportation, products liability and complex commercial and employment disputes.

Prior to joining private practice, Jenya served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert B. Reed, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, Criminal Division (2012-2013). During her clerkship she had the invaluable opportunity to support Judge Reed as he presided over the high-profile manslaughter trial involving a former actress from the classic series Melrose Place. During her clerkship Jenya assisted other Somerset County Judges, including the Hon. John H. Pursel, P.J.Cr. (ret) with Post Conviction Relief petitions, and served as a certified Small Claims Mediator in the Special Civil Part for the Hon. Fred H. Kumph, J.S.C.
