Alexandra Rothstein is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. Ms. Rothstein has experience handling construction accident cases and general liability matters. She regularly represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, municipal entities and subcontractor entities and is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law. She handles cases involving many large New York City transit projects and high rise and commercial building construction. She also practices in the area of premises liability and represents restaurants, bars, and other owners and lessees of commercial space.
