Erin Rogozinski is a senior associate in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices. Ms. Rogozinski has secured favorable verdicts for her clients at trial, succeeded at mandatory arbitration, and obtained dismissals of a number of matters through accomplished motion practice. Ms. Rogozinski has been named as an Emerging Lawyer for the Illinois Leading Lawyers network, which represents the top 2 percent of Illinois lawyers under the age of 40.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Rogozinski gained experience as an Honors Attorney in the Law Division of Cook County Circuit Court, clerking under the Honorable Susan F. Zwick. She has additional experience working in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she assisted in qui tam litigation.

Ms. Rogozinski earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of College and University Law and volunteered with the Indiana Adult Guardianship Research Project. Ms. Rogozinski also earned her B.A., cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
