Ashley N. Rodgers

Partner

Ashley Rodgers is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ashley has represented clients in a wide range of cases, including toxic tort and environmental matters, professional liability, medical malpractice, and employment matters, as well as in various areas of civil commercial litigation, including dram shop actions, municipal law matters, trucking litigation, and construction litigation. She has represented clients in various levels of complex litigation, including asbestos claims, complex environmental claims, and fatal accident cases. In addition to various state and Federal courts, Ashley has represented clients in front of the Workers' Compensation Court, National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission, and Allegheny County Human Relations Commission.

Ashley lives with her husband and dogs in an Eastern suburb of Pittsburgh and enjoys reading and exploring Western Pennsylvania's cultural and historical sites.
