Colman H. Preziosi is an associate in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Preziosi works on all phases of complex litigation matters, from pre-litigation investigation to trials and appeals, with a focus on contract disputes, construction claims, and complex commercial title disputes.

Mr. Preziosi received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington College where he double majored in Business Administration and Environmental Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ. While at Rutgers Law School, Mr. Preziosi was awarded first-place in the 2019 Transactional Competition and was a recipient of the Corporate & Business Law Certificate.

Prior to and during his legal education, Mr. Preziosi served as a Case Analyst for Centurion Ministries, a non-profit organization dedicated to the vindication of the wrongfully convicted.
