Jerica Peters is an associate in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice, Healthcare, Long-Term Care & Elder Law, and Transportation Practices. Jerica has developed practice experience in a wide variety of areas, including health law, patent litigation, insurance defense, general commercial matters, and white collar investigations. Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Jerica also worked in regulatory compliance at two large healthcare organizations in Phoenix. While working at those organizations, she drafted compliance policies, created and implemented trainings, investigated compliance issues, handled privacy inquiries/investigations, and drafted letters and reports to government authorities. Jerica honed her writing skills when she clerked for Justice John Pelander (now retired) of the Arizona Supreme Court. Jerica holds both a J.D. and an MBA.
