Adam Pernsteiner is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Practices. He focuses his practice in the areas of contract and business disputes, professional liability, and appellate practice. In the context of professional liability, Mr. Pernsteiner frequently handles malpractice lawsuits against professionals, such as lawyers, insurance agents, and real estate brokers. He also defends professionals in related disciplinary proceedings before public and quasi-public regulatory bodies, such as the Nevada Real Estate Division and the State Bar of Nevada.

In the commercial arena, Mr. Pernsteiner is an experienced commercial attorney, who represents a variety of clients in contract, business, and collection matters. He also serves as ongoing outside counsel for several large corporate clients, including well-known national gaming properties. Mr. Pernsteiner is currently expanding his practice to include the practice areas of data breach and cyber security law.

Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Pernsteiner served as a judicial clerk at the Nevada Supreme Court for two years before entering private practice in 2003.

When not at work, Mr. Pernsteiner enjoys long distance cycle touring and spending time with his wife and children.
