Kasia Peninska


Kasia Peninska is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. She attended the University of San Francisco where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and with a Master of Arts in International Studies. Her thesis explored further victimization of human trafficking victims in Poland by Polish law and the legal system. In 2015, Ms. Peninska graduated from UCLA School of Law. While in law school, she participated in numerous moot court competitions, including representing the School nationally at the Eighteenth Annual Thurgood Marshal Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. Ms. Peninska was awarded Moot Court Honors. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Peninska practiced in the areas of toxic tort and general liability.
