Jay W. Pearlman

Partner

Jay W. Pearlman is a partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. 

Having been trained on the defense side of civil litigation in Cleveland and New York City, focusing his practice on insurance coverage, appellate work, and complex motion practice, Mr. Pearlman has spent the past ten years at a plaintiff's employment and civil rights firm in Tallahassee, again focusing his practice on complex motion practice and appeals.

In addition to his years in legal practice, Mr. Pearlman has coached college basketball, serving as an assistant coach at three universities, and more recently served as a college basketball radio analyst for two universities. A native New Yorker, Mr. Pearlman lives in West Miami with his two dogs, Liv and Gypsy.
