S. Chase Parker


Chase Parker is an associate in the Savannah and Nashville offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Medical Malpractice Groups. Chase focuses his practice on defense of medical providers, as well as automobile/trucking tort, premises liability, products liability, and other personal injury matters. He also serves as an Executive Officer of the South Carolina Bar’s Young Lawyer’s Division, representing all South Carolina-barred young lawyers practicing outside the state.

Originally from New Johnsonville, TN, Chase attended the University of Tennessee, where he graduated with a B.A. in Spanish and was inducted into the Mortar Board National Honor Society. Chase received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was awarded the CALI Award for Evidence. Chase also served as Chair of the UGA Law National Negotiations Team, where he placed as a semi-finalist in the American Bar Association’s National Negotiation Competition. Chase also served as Notes Editor on the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law, Vol. 45.

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Chase clerked for the Honorable Jim Wilbanks and the Honorable Scott Minter of the Georgia Superior Courts for the Conasauga Judicial Circuit in Dalton, Ga. His experience also includes internships with former Governor Roy Barne’s firm, Barnes Law Group; the Fulton County Business Court; and Savannah River Remediation LLC.

Outside of work, Chase is an avid guitar player, golfer, and Master Mason, where he enjoys dedicating his time to philanthropy efforts supporting Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.
