Zhen Yang "Tommy" Pan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. 

Born in Shanghai, China, Tommy Pan moved to Los Angeles with his family when he was 8 years old. A self-described California native, Tommy received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Tommy represented high-profile, international businesses in the areas of Insurance Coverage and Defense Litigation. He advised insurance carriers on coverage; practices law and motion; defends casualty claims; and handles matters in arbitration. Through an International Externship Program, Tommy had the unique opportunity to work as a Summer Associate with an international firm at their Beijing office. He worked primarily in the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law teams, and penned an extensive Anti-Monopoly article regarding the Chinese government's treatment of foreign companies in the Chinese market.

Outside the office, Tommy enjoys playing competitive tennis in the USTA, visiting Disneyland, and discovering new innovative restaurants.
