Rachel Ostrander

Associate

Rachel Ostrander is an associate in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Rachel is passionate about helping clients realize their objectives, minimize liabilities, and resolve disputes quickly and efficiently with clear expectations. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Rachel worked for a local law firm where she worked on a wide array of matters including complex civil litigation, municipal law, business law, government litigation, wage and hour litigation, construction law, contract law, employment law, and administrative law in both state and federal courts.

Rachel previously served as the Administrator of the Contractor Arbitration Program for the State of Massachusetts, and as a Legislative Advisor for the National Organization for Women.

Rachel enjoys the great outdoors, hiking, fishing, camping, and community activism.

Rachel strongly believes in the importance of community involvement. While it serves an important function in society, it also enriches both her practice and her life outside of the office.
