Danielle Olivero is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice Practice. She is an experienced litigator who began her career as a prosecutor for the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Danielle handled violent felony cases, investigations, grand jury presentations, and tried five cases to verdict. Danielle was also an attorney at a prominent New York law firm where she represented hospitals and physicians in all aspects of complex medical malpractice litigation.
