Dana K. Oium

Dana K. Oium is an associate in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Practice. Her current practice focuses on representing commercial entities and private individuals related to personal injury and real property damage claims arising from environmental exposure. Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Dana worked for a small boutique litigation defense firm where she handled medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, trucking-related claims, and landlord-tenant habitability lawsuits. In her medical malpractice work, she successfully defended physicians and hospitals throughout the Bay Area including claims of medical malpractice, elder abuse, and premises liability. She also defended personal injury claims on behalf of a multinational parcel delivery corporation and an international elevator and escalator manufacturer. Prior to that, she worked at large defense litigation firm where she handled construction defect, premises liability, and landlord-tenant litigation matters.

In her spare time, Dana enjoys gardening, cooking, learning to golf, exploring the greater Bay Area and supporting the Bay Area’s sports teams.
