Kimberly Ohanuka

Associate

Kimberly Ohanuka is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Administrative Law & Regulatory and Environment, Land, and Natural Resources Practices. Kimberly graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law with honors. During her time in law school, she interned with the Honorable Richard Gergel of the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, Teach for America, Family Dollar, Inc., and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Also, while in law school, Kimberly placed National 2nd Runner-Up in the Nelson Mandela International Negotiation Competition. 

After graduating from law school, Kimberly served as a law clerk to the Judge Charles H. Dorsey III of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Thereafter, Kimberly served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Gina L. Simms of the U.S. District Court of Maryland. Following her judicial clerkships and before joining Lewis Brisbois, Kimberly practiced at a midsized firm in Washington, D.C. Her practice focused primarily on business litigation, labor and employment, civil rights litigation, cannabis, and general liability matters.
