Paige S. Newman is an associate in the Tampa office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice.
Ms. Newman also has experience advising clients in matters relating to state and federal discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
Ms. Newman graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. In law school she was an editor on the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, which later published her article on anti-immigration laws and racial profiling.
Publications
Co-authored an article published by the Daily Business Review titled "Website Accessibility Landscape Continues to Lack Clarity as Businesses Await Guidance." The article discusses the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) which courts currently use to assess compliance with the ADA, as the Department of Justice (DOJ) has yet to provide more concrete guidance. Website accessibility continues to be a source of extensive litigation throughout the United States.
