Carol Najera-Luarca is an associate in the San Bernardino office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Najera received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside. Ms. Najera continued her legal education at the University of La Verne College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Najera was placed on the Dean’s List, and received CALI Excellence Awards in Trial Advocacy and Lawyering Skills Practicum, a civil litigation practicum. Ms. Najera was a law clerk for the Riverside District Attorney’s Office during both her undergraduate and law school career.
Ms. Najera earned the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant, helping students understand civil litigation. Moreover, Ms. Najera was the recipient of the Paul Egly Scholarship Award and the Public Interest Law Foundation Scholarship Award during her time at the College of Law.
Throughout her law career, Ms. Najera has represented clients in a variety of civil matters and is proficient in civil defense and employment law.
