Dan Murphy is an associate attorney in the Portland office of Lewis Brisbois and member of the Healthcare and Medical Malpractice sections. His practice is focused on defending healthcare providers and entities in civil litigation and providing guidance on healthcare regulatory compliance. 

Originally from Portland, Dan spent several years working in local surgery units both before and after attending graduate school at Oregon Health & Sciences University. After completing law school, Dan joined a local medical malpractice law firm where he represented physicians, dentists, hospitals, clinics, and allied staff in all manner of professional liability matters. Outside of work, Dan enjoys angling with family and friends.
