Victoria is a partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. Victoria has experience in claim counseling and litigating in a wide variety of insurance coverage areas including general liability, pollution, construction defect, and first party property. 

Victoria has experience with examinations under oath, fraud, and arson claims. In addition, Victoria assists in helping clients navigate potential bad faith issues, including responding to time-limited demands. 

Victoria frequently assists in resolving issues for clients, including through dispositive motions. She understands the needs of her clients to find creative and cost-effective solutions. 

Victoria also extends her services to other litigation matters, including multiparty liability, employment, and property matters. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Victoria represented banks across New York in property litigation, including handling appeals. 

Since returning home to Atlanta, Victoria enjoys spending her time exploring the city with her precocious poodle.
