Stephanie Miller is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Stephanie is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law. During her time in law school, she earned two CALI awards for the best grade in the class for Products Liability and Contracts II. She was involved in many clubs and served as President of the club for parents attending law school (PALS). She was selected for a spot in the mediation clinic, where she became a registered mediator. During her time at the Clinic, she mediated over 100 cases with approximately an 80% settlement rate. 

Stephanie interned for Judge Markle on The Georgia Court of Appeals, Judge Schwall with Fulton County Superior Court, and practiced under the third-year practice act prosecuting cases with the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office.

Prior to law school, Stephanie attended Boston University and transferred to Loyola University Chicago with the Presidential Scholarship. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University Chicago. 

Stephanie is a mother to three wonderful children, and a wife to a litigation partner at another Atlanta firm. She is a first generation college graduate and holds the only professional degree in her lineage. In her free time, she loves to travel and has been to over 65 countries. She is also an advanced scuba diver.
