Brandon Miller is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. With a tell it like it is approach to his life and work, Brandon has centered his Labor & Employment law practice on the importance of providing clients with clear and open communication, an emphasis on understanding each parties' interests are and engaging in expectation management.
Born and raised in a small, family-owned California business, Brandon knows firsthand the difficulties and obstacles that many employers face. He leans on that knowledge to counsel employers on ways to reduce turnover, boost retention, stay apprised of current labor laws, and what proactive steps to take to avoid future ligation and Labor Code violations. He is consistently seeking to understand core issues and priorities affecting his clients' businesses in order to reach the best and most commonsense solutions.
Brandon is skilled in alternative dispute resolution, ranging from negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations, which is pivotal in reaching the best result on behalf of his clients.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys traveling, gardening, skiing, collecting records, and most of all, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes win at football.
