Amanda Mazin is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on defending employers in individual, multi-plaintiff and class action cases alleging claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the California Labor Code, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Her practice focuses on wrongful termination, retaliation, employment discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA representative actions.
Ms. Mazin also assists clients with pre-litigation resolution of employment disputes and has extensive experience in providing employment counseling to clients, including policy and handbook drafting.
In addition to her labor and employment practice, Ms. Mazin also focuses her practice on ADA compliance and defense.
