Toni Martin is an associate in the Kansas City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Toni is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

Toni represents employers in a variety of matters arising under state and federal employment law. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Toni worked at a local Kansas City firm, where her practice focused on ensuring multiemployer health and welfare plans, pension plans, and annuity plans complied with federal laws governing employee benefits, including ERISA, HIPAA, and the Internal Revenue Code. 

In law school, Toni gained experience in employment litigation in a variety of settings, including a non-profit, a civil litigation firm, and the Employment and Civil Litigation Clinic and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
