Krystina Maola is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. Ms. Maola has experience handling construction site accident cases and general liability matters, representing owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, property management companies, municipalities, public benefit corporations, private ambulance companies, private landowners, and retail businesses. She handles cases involving large New York City and State transit projects as well as high rise and commercial building construction. She also has experience defending premises liability and commercial transportation litigation.
