Eesha Malyala is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. 

Eesha’s practice focuses primarily on representing attorneys, accountants, real estate agents and brokers in professional malpractice actions through all stages of litigation, from inception up to the point of trial, specifically in drafting dispositive motions, conducting in-depth investigations, drafting various legal pleadings, and research. In addition, she has handled various in-court appearances. The malpractice claims she handles stem from a variety of underlying matters, including commercial litigation, bankruptcies, matrimonial disputes, real estate transactions and tax-related transactions. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Eesha defended various businesses in commercial, employment, and personal injury matters. While earning her J.D. at Brooklyn Law School, she was a member of the school’s Business Law Association and was active member in its Moot Court Honor Society.
