Alishba N. Malik is an associate in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice Department and Labor & Employment Practice. She defends long term care facilities and home health care agencies. Additionally, she represents employers in a wide array of labor and employment matters including claims arising under the Illinois Biometric information Privacy Act.

Ms. Malik received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois in May 2018 and Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a minor in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University in May 2014. As she attended law school, she clerked for QPWB’s Chicago office assisting lawyers in the long-term care and medical malpractice defense groups. She also served as an extern at the Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic defending victims of domestic abuse on claims relating to immigration and bankruptcy; and served as a staff attorney assistant at the Fair Housing Legal Clinic. While in law school, she was a member of the Dean’s List.

Ms. Malik is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
