Jason MacLeod


Jason MacLeod is an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Lewis Brisbois. He brings his extensive experience developing data privacy and cybersecurity capabilities at the world’s largest financial, technology, and life science corporations to assist clients in strategically responding to emerging threats, laws, and regulations. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Jason was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Cyber Risk practice where he worked with Fortune 100 companies to address their compliance, third party, privacy, and information security risks. He has worked in both the public and private sectors developing technical expertise in applications used for big data analytics, forensics, threat intelligence, user behavior analytics, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Jason is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law as well as the University of Oxford and is currently a Visiting Scholar at Dartmouth College.
