Rachel J. Lisitsa


Rachel J. Lisitsa is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. 

Ms. Lisitsa primarily concentrates her practice on defending clients facing claims of catastrophic injuries from products liability and complex litigation matters. She also has significant experience in the defense of employment claims.

While in law school, she served as a law clerk at a law firm in Philadelphia, engaging in all aspects of litigation. Ms. Lisitsa has gained significant experience at both the state and federal level, serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Michael E. Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Complex Litigation Center.

Ms. Lisitsa earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as the Chairwoman of its nationally ranked Moot Court Board. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a dual major in Legal Studies and Entrepreneurship from Drexel University.
