Sooin (Anne) Lee


Anne Lee is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Korean Business & Litigation Practices. Ms. Lee graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in East Asian Studies. She then attended Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned a merit scholarship, was named a Summer Scholar in the Montgomery County Bar Association Pipeline Program, and participated in the Georgetown Law Technology Review, Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Korean American Law Students Association. Working for both private law firms and the non-profit Legal Aid Society, Ms. Lee has gained experience in the areas of construction, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant law, matrimonial law, banking litigation, joint venture agreements, shareholder negotiation documents, and other commercial transactions.
