Carissa Lavin is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Environmental, Land Use, and General Liability Practices. Her practice includes environmental litigation, site remediation, and regulatory compliance work. She has been involved in contribution and cost recovery actions under CERCLA, RCRA and related state statutes. She also has experience in litigation arising from alleged violations of the Federal Clean Water Act. 

Carissa Lavin received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She was also a member of Georgia State University's Law Review.
