Claire C. Kueffner is an associate in the Minneapolis office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. Claire works strategically to meet clients’ needs as they relate to products liability, business litigation, and employment issues.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Claire gained experience litigating a vast array of matters while working at firms specializing in civil defense. While assisting on cases from their pre-litigation stages all the way up through their appeals, she became competent in handling clients’ needs along every step of the way. With clients ranging from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, she developed the skills to identify and address every individual client’s needs in ways that are uniquely tailored and applicable to them.
Claire received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas where she was the Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Journal, a member of the ABA moot court team, and a participant in the Appellate Clinic where she represented an appellant in a prisoner’s rights case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside of work, Claire can be found teaching group fitness classes, playing board games, and spending time with her family, friends, fiancé, and cats.
