Shane L. Kotlarsky is a partner in the Houston and Dallas offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices.
Mr. Kotlarsky's practice focuses on the defense of both public and private employers in employment matters of all types. Mr. Kotlarsky also focuses on representing the interests of businesses of all sizes in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Kotlarsky prides himself on his diverse litigation experience, having previously worked on a wide variety of matters, ranging from Title VII and ADA discrimination cases to contract disputes to trucking accidents and products liability. This experience allows Mr. Kotlarsky to provide a different perspective to effectively and aggressively represent his clients’ interests.
Mr. Kotlarsky earned his Juris Doctor in 2012 from Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane, Mr. Kotlarsky served as Senior Managing Editor for Volume 19 of The Sports Lawyers Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009 from Rice University.
