Michael Kline is a partner in the Walnut Creek office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability practice.
Mr. Kline has over two decades of experience as a litigator and trial attorney in California State and Federal Courts. Additionally, Mr. Kline has many years of experience handling complex civil litigation and general liability matters through their entire lifecycle, from pre-litigation investigation and settlement negotiation, through trial, appeal and judgment enforcement efforts.
Mr. Kline regularly defends clients against plaintiffs seeking multi-million dollar damage awards in cases involving transportation, industrial workplace and construction site accidents, as well as wrongful death, product liability, habitability, business/commercial disputes, professional malpractice and employment matters. At Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Kline defends both individual and corporate clients in cases involving claims of catastrophic injuries (including traumatic brain injuries) and wrongful death.
Mr. Kline's day-to-day practice focuses on prompt, open communication with those he represents, to ensure not only that their litigation goals are achieved, but that their knowledge of important litigation events remains up-to-date, ensuring that the collaborative decision-making process is always well-informed.
