Paul Stewart Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability and Corporate Practices. Mr. Kim represents multinational conglomerate corporations, manufacturers, designers, and distributors in design, manufacturing, and warning defect cases in state and federal courts. Mr. Kim also has experience advising international corporations in various corporate transactions and deals. He also represented registered representatives and broker dealers in FINRA arbitrations.

Mr. Kim graduated with a Dual Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar and earned a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Kim also served as the Literary Citation Editor and Assistant Symposium Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Law.

Mr. Kim’s prior experiences include working at FINRA, California Department of Justice – Business and Tax Section, Federal Trade Commission, and at an international law firm’s London office.
