Paul Stewart Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability and Professional Liability Practices. Mr. Kim's practice focuses on representing multinational conglomerate corporations, manufacturers, designers, and distributors in design and warning defect cases. Mr. Kim also has experience representing investment advisors, registered representatives, insurance agents, and broker dealers in state and federal court, as well as FINRA arbitration. 

Mr. Kim graduated with a Dual Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar and earned a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Kim also served as the Literary Citation Editor and Assistant Symposium Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Law.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Kim was a legal extern at FINRA, clerked at the California Department of Justice – Business and Tax Section and the Federal Trade Commission, and spent time working abroad in London.
