Adam Khan

Partner

Adam is a partner in the Sacramento office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice group.  He defends employers in matters involving race, gender, age, sexual orientation and disability discrimination, as well as racial and sexual harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and Labor Code violations.  

Adam is experienced in litigating wage-and-hour class actions and California PAGA claims.  He represents clients in state and federal courts and hearings before the California Labor Commission and Department of Fair Employment and Housing.  He also provides preventive advice to employers on employment agreements, policy manuals, arbitration, progressive discipline, severance, and termination.

Apart from his employment practice, Adam has extensive experience handling contract disputes, tort claims, claims brought against directors and officers, real estate matters, homeowners’ association claims and those brought under the California Song-Beverly Act.  

Adam came to Lewis Brisbois from another well-known national firm.  When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, and following sports.
